Sources say that initially Katrina Kaif seemed uncomfortable in the presence of photographers and remained in the car for a while but soon went inside the building. The grapevine is abuzz with the talk of Katrina Kaif becoming adept in the way of bollywood and trying to change camps after Salman Khan’s ambitious project ‘Veer’ bombed at the box office.
The observers see in this action of Katrina Kaif a clear warning for Salman Khan and also writing on the wall, which he can choose to ignore only on his own peril. Everybody knows that relationships in bollywood change with every new release on Friday, but Katrina Kaif seems to have reacted too fast (to Salman’s Veer’ bombing) even by that standards.
However, cynical elements in the industry point out that Katrina Kaif had already given the indication of things to come when she declared her intention to marry by 2012 AD, but refused to confirm or deny Salman Khan’s name as her choice. Had Katrina Kaif been committed to Sallubhai, there would not have been any hesitation on her part in declaring the wedding with Salman in the same breath.
Now contrast Kat’s intention of marriage with Salman Khan’s open declarations on Karan Johar’s show that he was not single and was, in fact, committed to Katrina Kaif. Salman Khan had gone to the extent of saying that he never dumped any of his girlfriends and it had always been the other way round every time.
So history is going to repeat itself in Salman Khan’s case once again with Katrina?? The handsome hunk is going to be again dumped by his gorgeous lady or it is just a business move on the part of much wizened Katrina Kaif.
If this happens then Shah Rukh Khan is certainly going to win this round from Salman Khan, who has been on the stronger side in this tiff with Shah Rukh Khan after Aamir Khan became his best buddy.
Katrina Kaif’s presence at the party may also be taken as a goodwill gesture for Arjun Rampal and Farah Khan. In fact, Farah Khan has signed Katrina Kaif for upcoming ‘Tees Maar Khan’ opposite Akshay Kumar and Katrina might have attended the party at her insistence.
Even Farah’s presence at the party was surprising as she has been avoiding Shah Rukh Khan after casting Akshay Kumar in ‘Tees Maar Khan’ in place of SRK.
