Deepti Bhatnagar is one of the most beautiful women in Bollywood and the modelling industry. Pity, she is not a part of main stream Bollywood scene any more. A combination of enigmatic beauty and sugary sweet sexiness, this stunning babe had a short and unsuccesful career in Bollywood thanks to her choice of pathetic movies. The gal from Meerut, Deepti has now turned to television where she is hosting travel related programs with her model turned director husband. Deepti Bhatnagar is quite fond of travelling and loves to live life to the fullest which is the reason she has chose to successfully produce two travel shows for television. Deepti Bhatnagar is an extremely hardworking girl who has not relied on her good looks to be just another eye candy or ideal bahu for television, but instead chose a divergent path and covered the beautiful world of travel. The busy woman has all her shows lined for Sunday. Deepti leads a contented married life with her three year old son Shubh.
Professionally
Deepti had come to Mumbai in the year 1992 to promote her handicraft factory in Meirut. She was in touch with an ad agency to do this. However the ad agency noticed her alluring beauty and asked her to model for the press ads of Roopmilan Saris. She did it succesfully and even bagged 12 campaigns after this ad.
Talking about her movies would be a waste of space because Deepti Bhatnagar had nothing to write home about with flicks like Raam Shastra, Dulhan Banoo Mein Teri, Agni Varsha, Qahar etc. The only film which people stil remember about her is Operation Cobra or Inferno where Deepti Bhatnagar posed nude or rather she wore a see-thru outfit in a love-making scene which revealed everything.
Later(thankfully) Deepti got married and turned her attention to television. She started her own production company Deepti Bhatnagar Productions (DBP). She has a successful run at television with shows like YATRA, a world travel show, which she has anchored for and also produced. The other travel show Musafir Hoon Yaaron has created a traveler out of the glamorous Deepti Bhatnagar who has travelled to as many as 85 countries.
