Someone asked in a recent post if there were any photos of Kim Kardashian on Letterman. I've got even better. I've got photos of her arriving at Letterman's studio. These are better because they're not screencaps of an HD digital stream, and instead are HQ still photo images. What better way to capture the fine detail of Kim's toe cleavage in her Pigalle pumps.
